The Papers
110 papers organized by logical dependency – the forcing chain from a single functional equation to physics, mathematics, biology, consciousness, and ethics.
Reading Order
These papers are ordered not chronologically, but structurally – following the logical Dependency Graph (DAG) of Recognition Science. Start at the root (a single functional equation on ℝ>0), ascend the "spine" of derivations, and then branch into specific domains.
Every result in Sections I–III is pure mathematics. Physical semantics enter at Section III. Each subsequent track (Particles, Gravity, Mathematics, Life, Ethics) depends only on the spine above it.
The primitive: J(x) = ½(x + x−1) − 1 – the unique cost function satisfying the Recognition Composition Law. Everything follows.
I. The Root
Foundation
The starting point: a functional equation, its unique solution, and the proof that you had no choice in the equation itself.
II. The Structure
Ontology
Existence, logic, dynamics, the golden ratio, and dimension – all derived, not assumed.
III. The Waist
The Big Unlock
Where abstract mathematics meets physical reality: constants, measurement, coherence, and the mass spectrum.
IV. Particles
Track A
Six papers plus a standalone synthesis: all charged fermion masses, mixing matrices, neutrinos, α⁻¹, and the generation structure – all from the 3-cube.
V. Computation
Track B · LNAL
Recognition Science as executable code, and its combinatorial extensions.
VI. Gravity
Track D · Cosmology
From baryogenesis to galaxy rotation curves – zero-parameter gravity and cosmology.
VII. Mathematics
Track E
The d'Alembert equation forces not just physics but mathematics itself – including the Millennium Problems.
VIII. Life & Consciousness
Tracks F & H
Entropy, thermodynamics, evolution, protein folding, consciousness, emotion, meaning, and the architecture of minds.
IX. Ethics
Track G
If RS is the true physics, morality is a conservation law – auditable, falsifiable, and free of tunable knobs.
