Preservation and backup status

Snapshot: September 9, 2026. Partial recovery; the complete collection has not yet been backed up.

Zenodo timed out through the connections tested during this recovery. Existing API captures and local files were preserved in two private copies, on separate machines. All 1,866 files in the evidence manifest passed SHA-256 verification on the second machine.

  • 406 full Zenodo record JSON objects recovered from the day's cached API responses, retaining file checksums and original timestamps.
  • 631 known record versions independently recovered from the DataCite DOI registry. These include historical versions; this is broader than the latest-version catalog below.
  • 208 files, including 206 PDFs, matched the file sizes and MD5 checksums in the recovered Zenodo metadata.
  • 162 additional PDF candidates were saved separately. Their filenames match known records, but their exact Zenodo byte identity has not been established.

Independent timestamp submitted. SHA-256 manifests cover all 368 preserved PDF copies and the wider evidence package. OpenTimestamps returned pending calendar attestations. Bitcoin confirmation had not been established at this snapshot.

Remaining work and verification notes

Still missing: full Zenodo JSON for 225 known versions and verified copies of 240 file entries in the recovered metadata. A fresh account inventory across all versions remains necessary; drafts have not been inventoried.

Independent archives: no successful Wayback capture was obtained. An API attempt requested authentication, and a browser attempt reported a target-server 404. No OSF or Figshare mirror has been deposited. Software Heritage archival also remains incomplete because the identified Lean repository is private.

The downloads above cover the 206 verified PDFs only and form a matching manifest/proof pair. The separately preserved candidate PDFs are not included in this public manifest. Keep both downloaded files together and use OpenTimestamps to inspect or verify the proof after confirmation.

Zenodo's version DOI identifies a record version and its concept DOI identifies the version family, rather than assigning two DOIs to each individual file. The depositor-supplied publication date is distinct from repository creation and update timestamps, which are retained separately.
